Christi sold my lot in record time and for top dollar.
I had it listed with another firm and received one offer for 50% of my asking price.
The last two comps in my neighborhood were for $30,000 and $23,000.
She found the buyer and sold my lot in 42 days for $48,000.

I want to thank Christi Mallicoat for selling my property April 7, 2010. I have work with her in 2005 on two land properties that she able to sell very quickly at that time. This year Christi sold my 3-area land property again very quickly and made me $10,000 more than another Real Estate Agency was offering at that time. Christi is a very thorough and a helpful Real Estate Agent! I called her regarding a piece of property on the Big Island and was immediately impressed with her positive attitude! She walked me through all the tough hurdles being a “mainlander” dealing with the Hawaiian ways of selling property and the legalities of same. Christi did all the homework with the MLS’s, sending me recently sold properties and pictures. She visited the property in question and sent me pictures of it as well, which inevitably sold the property. My search for a piece of paradise began with Christi almost 18 months ago when on a whim I called her to inquire about acreage on the Big Island . After our discussions and almost 14 months later, we started the process of finding my potential retirement place. Being on the mainland meant we communicated by phone and email. I was always pleased that she responded so rapidly to my questions and concerns. When the time came in May to actually look at what was available with my requirements, we spent the entire day and I was successful in finding what I wanted. Then Christi had to deal with the negotiations with the seller. She was fair to both parties and the deal was made. Then came the paperwork, which she so willingly helped coordinate. We would like to thank Christi for all that she did in making our dream become a reality! We fell in love with the Big Island in 2004 and knew we wanted to retire there. So we started to save money and research properties. We worked with a different realtor, in the past for about 4 years, but nothing would ever happen, just emails of properties; so we changed realtors and found Christi. In July 2010 we came to the Big Island to get married and have our honeymoon and buy the property all at the same time. It was a long shot to buy the property while we were there, but it happened and it was a 1 acre vacant lot in Eden Rock that hadn’t been put on the market yet! Within 2 months of talking and meeting with Christi we had our dream retirement spot!

My name is Debbie Lucas and I am a Realtor that lives and works in Southern California.
I was recently contacted by Christi Mallicoat in reference to selling her family's home here in Southern California after the passing of her Grandmother. Due to the fact that Christi is a Realtor herself, she was given the task of finding her family a Realtor to help sell and close out this portion of the Estate.
