Christi sold my lot in record time and for top dollar.
I had it listed with another firm and received one offer for 50% of my asking price.
The last two comps in my neighborhood were for $30,000 and $23,000.
She found the buyer and sold my lot in 42 days for $48,000.
All phone calls returned promptly, all paperwork processed smoothly throughtout closing.

Wanted to say THANK YOU for all the hustling that you did for my mother and I. While searching for a realtor we knew that it would take someone that would hustle for us. The fact that we were searching for a home on the Big Island while living on Kauai made it important to have a realtor that was "on top of it". You were the only realtor that came through for us.
